Connection problem

Ive been having a connection to servers problem from five months ago. It does not connect to any server longer than 10-15 sec, and people cannot hear me even with 4G full signal, it stays with unstable connection then it pops out.
It only works if connected to wifi devices which cause a problem for some people. Please solve this problem for us and thank you
